Help,I recently got an 88 1500. The windshield was in bad condition so I ordered a new one that arrived today. I need instructions on how to do the installation. What do I need to remove and how. I did not want to try lifting off the garnish untill I knew if it was like the 1200 I had. I also do not know what else needs to be done. Thank you for any help, Tim

This helped some but not enough details, such as do I need to remove the mirrors to get to the screws he mentions? If so, how about the plastic pieces at the base of the mirrors? Any more detail would be a great help. Thanks, Tim
