This may be a dumb questions but I have a 1996 1500 Goldwing trike with a motor trike conversion. I am getting about 27 to 28 miles to the gallon at 60 to 65 mpr.. The bike was tune up approx. 1 week ago but no change in mileage. The bike has a tall touring windshield. Know here comes the dumb part. Would I get better mileage if I replace the tall shield with a standard one. Thank you.

I think most of your drag will be from the rear end, not the front. But a windshield change might help a little.

I'm with Rudy....We own a trike as well and it's the drag in my opinion hauling around three wheels that keeps the gas mileage down.
