Wing Ding is going Downtown!

Next July, Gold Wings will take over downtown Des Moines, Iowa as Wing Ding makes not only its first appearance in the Hawkeye State but its first appearance in a downtown setting along the riverbanks of the Des Moines River!

Wing Ding 32 is scheduled for June 30 - July 3, 2010 at the Iowa Events Center. For your convenience, show dates have been changed to Wednesday through Saturday to allow more weekend travel time! Registrations are already rolling in at a record-breaking pace and we expect a great turnout as we prepare to 'Meet in the Middle'!

I have attended ten Wing Ding's since 1995. Locations like:

1. Greenville, SC (twice)
2. Huntsville, AL
3. Springfield, MO
4. Billings, MT (twice)
5. Fort Wayne, IN (twice)
6. Grapevine, TX (Dallas area)
7. Nashville, TN

I am all "burned out" on Wing Ding's. The last one was in 2007. They are all basically the same.........just a different location.

Having ridden in all the lower 48 several times, I have been to all the locations mentioned in the above posts, there are lots of nice things to see in our country.

I am still taking nice trips each summer, just not to Wing Ding's.
