I have a theory on the wobble not a solution. (Done all the suspension up grades. Tire ect.)
Aliment is the issue. The back tire is driving in a straight line. (Dominate tire.) The front tire is driving in a straight line. They do not match when misaligned.
So the front tire is forced to slip causing the cupping you see on the tire ware. Also the wobble. The solution still looking. The suspension guys love this problem I am guessing. The guys that changed the tire and fixed it got lucky.

When braking is applied to the front tire, the load transfer over-flexes the tire and increases the tendency for cupping and uneven wear. ... Under inflation and overloading of motorcycle tires are significant causes of cupping and uneven wear, particularly in association with hard braking and/or trailer use.

Welcome, But you are wrong. It has nothing to do with alignment, the front and rear will align where they are both rolling in a straight line even if the rear is a little off. It is started by an imbalance, or out of roundness no matter what you do there is no such thing a a perfect balance or perfect roundness in a tire. It starts to hop back and forth under certain conditions which is the wobble.
