I have a '86 that is missing one of the exhaust tips. As you can see in the pictures it fits over 2 exhaust pipes ends on one side. The total length of the piece is 10". The size of the inlet is 2" x 4". Right now the bike kind of looks strange with only one exhaust coming out of the back, kind of like Lance Armstrong with only one instead of two. does anyone have one setting around or knows where I can get one?

I have been watching ebay and none of these looks like mine or will work with the one that I have. The one that I have is just one big oval opening that goes over the end pipes.

LTD Tips

actually the tips are patterned from tip on the LTD exhaust
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-Goldw...dhYJcOgcdE8nFU8Qiv1s8%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc
the tips that came on my my LTD are like this, riveted on and not easily removed, cannot find if they were available as a separate part

the tips that came with my SEI are a twin pipe extension and look like this

i actually just bought an old ltd system and removed the extensions and installed on my SEI

i bought this version also but found that since i didn't have the collars that they weren't usuable
on my SEI http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-GoldW...Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c69a01da9&vxp=mtr

I have the Interstate model. I have seen all of them and the one kind of looks like what I have, but it has the bracket in the middle to go inside of the single pipe. Where mine has the double pipes.

since the honda parts microfiche doesn't show actual pictures of each individual part #,there are five different part #'s for the rear main exhaust section,so its hard to know exactly which years had what type of exhaust unless someone actually had an original model from years ago
