Close one. He had the running boards with the heel toe shifter.
I am looking for the highway boards that mount to the engine guard and are used at HWY speeds.
The Markland ones looked to be a bit stronger than the ones offered nowadays.

I have a pair that I just removed from my 96 SE this past weekend. They are in good condition but I don't know what they would be worth.Have a few other items also: trailer hitch, drivers back rest, helmets with communicators. Give me a shout if you are interested.

I Paid $50 for the pair I bought, I felt that was a good price. Your in Canada so shipping would be a bit higher.

Is that hitch the whole bracket system that bolts up, or is it just a ball hitch? I am too fat headed to be buyin a helmet from anyone, but the back rest, is it the cut the seat model? I think I need that kind as I am too big for the bars that rise up on the other model.
I apologize if this post makes no sense. It's late here, and I am a bit screwy. I will try to read this in the morning to see if it makes any sense. I felt like a genius when I wrote it out. Let's see what I feel like tomorrow. :?

Good Luck Brother. I've ben looking for a right side one or a set of Markland Highway Footpegs for over a year. They look similar to the standard running foot Boards on a 1500.

Sorry for responding so slowly. The hitch is the bolt on type but there is no ball with it and the back rest is the swing up and down type that bolts on under the passenger grab bars, chrome mounts included.

I have a set of Markland boards off a 1500... I'll post a picture tomorrow.. I bought them used from a member here, years ago, but decided not to mount them... using pegs instead... They are in good shape except the PO scuffed up one of the rubber pads when he was cleaning them... may not even be noticeable in the picture (coming) but I'll try to show it..
