WTB GL1500SE Headset/Sp button

I think this will be a stretch, but if anyone has the button for switching from headset to speaker for the Panasonic RM1500-A radio, I could use one. If not, a dead RM1500-A radio would work though all I would need is the face plate with the buttons. :bow:The Panasonic part number for the button is RMC1199ZA-0, but being in Japan I am unable to order and Panasonic Japan does not sell to individuals...:wtf:
I am set up with Paypal.

Cheers,

James

Howdy James
Did you loose just the button on the faceplate? Or is your button just not working? I have a button from the faceplate and have a non working radio that is missing the main PC board on the bottom available.
I am out of town for the long weekend.
Stu,
Hello and thank you for the reply. No, the faceplate has no hole for the headset button as back in the 90's motorcycle headsets were illegal in Japan, so the GL1500 for the Japanese market faceplate is missing the button but the circuit board is identical to the US model, so all it needs is the button. I need to either cut a hole in the current faceplate or replace the faceplate with one having the button. If you could tell me the cost for the button and the button/faceplate, I would appreciate it.
Cheers,

James
Here is a post on the faceplate decals(new) My old one is cracked.

I'll pull the button tomorrow when I can get in the storage unit to pull it apart. Just got back from Easter with my son and future Daughter in law.
