Looking for a head set for my wife and myself w/5 din pin plug. need upper helmets portion and the lower cords.

Yeah, the cheap J&M's are around $59 and come with the lower cord. They have some for about $120 that are real nice, but you still need to lower cord for those, about another $20 or so. Haven't used the high end headsets and probably won't.

So, the cheap J+Ms are fine and you don't need any thing else? How about splitters and extra cord connections?

If you have the factory intercom system with the riders & passenger connections, then the cheap J&M headsets will work without any thing additional. If you don't already have the 5-pin plugs for the rider & passenger on your bike, then you will need that first. Not sure if that's what your question was or not.

no I have the intercom and the driver & passengers 5din plugs on the bike just need the head sets with cords
