I think rider experiance has a lot to do with it.That old man has been around a lot.I raced my son ,him on a triumph sport bike and me on my Valkyrie.I took him for about 100' and then he blasted by me like I was in reverse

He's got no brakes on the front side, but he's still sportin' twin discs.
Those tubes can't be lasting much longer.
Pity it wasn't for "slips".

I agree that rider experience has lots to do with it.

"180" HP vs. "70" HP? I think not. What size bike was the sport bike?

Large bore singles and twins will have more low-end pull compared with small bore fours. My 350F SOUNDED tough, but did not 'pull' that hard at all.

I would like to see the video when they do a re-match where they go further and a turn is made.

Ah, experience trumps youth everytime, especially when the kid doesn't look that good on take off.
Put hildo on that kids bike and I'm sure he'd wail.
Also...hildo pushes the kids lane- sort of a dirty trick to intimidate the other runner.

While it's an amusing video, and that kid looks like he needed his ego bruised, I don't consider 200 feet a drag race. They chop the throttle closed at the end of second gear. :?
