Golden State Warriors basketball team guard Charlie Bell was briefly held in police custody after showing up legally drunk to a court hearing.
The hearing was for a DUI he was pulled over for in Oct. :shock:

If U show up to court for a DUI they yank ur license and fine the hell out of U. If U show up drunk, they let U you gofor treatment of alcoholism. You can really get off easier if you caused damage in the DUI.

Here in Marion County we have people who have 20 to 25 DUI's as its not a felony unless someone is hurt or property dammage above a certain amount...

They found one guy in a rivene recently pinned under his motorcycle. He was still alive but had been there over 24 hours he still tested over the limit. They found out his license had been revoked for life for multiple injury drunk driving accidents but he admitted he just bought a new motorcycle every year drove it until the tags expired then sold it and bought another....
