Hello, i test rode a goldwing i will be receiving this week today, i must say they are heavy, but that aside they are nible once you get them rolling.
My concern is this, the bike is an 89, in decent shape, needs paint and a few other small cosmetic things. It performs ok, except the flat spot just off idle(frequent on 88/89 wings from what i have read) idles perfect! The p/o did the carb balance and says he found and repaired a few small vacuum leaks, but the stumble is still there. I have to fix this, as it is to big of a bike to get used too, with a performance issue. Which direction should i take to repair this?
