GL1000 Carb air leaks

Hey all,
I noticed some air leaks coming off vacuum caps. Is there a way of putting the gasket? Or do I need a new gaskets?
Another leak is coming off the chock rod. Took it apart and there is a hole in there, and maybe it is suppose to leak. Pics attached

That's not the choke you pulled out, it it the throttle shaft. Be double sure you get the throttle plate back in perfectly square. There should be an o-ring in there or it might be a felt washer. In the vacuum caps there should be a plastic ring, it it a stop for the slide, no worries about it leaking air there, they would work fine if you left the screws out.
