Probably the ignition switch. Take a look at the back of it where the connector fits on the metal barrel, they can fall apart there.

That all looks and feels ok, just checked continuity and on the green and white good as well as the Blue and orange. the radio works in the on possition but not in the accessory possition?

Almost sounds like the switch isn't going around far enough. With the key in accessory the radio will work but none of the dash or lights come one. When key is then turned to on the dash indicators come on and the headlight/tail lights come on. Sounds like a abd switch.

thats what it sounds like, I put it in the lock possition this morning never did it before today maybe it free spun inside. I just ordered a harness back from ebay and will rebuild when I recieve it. Thanks.
